Early in the startup process for The Leadership Progress Cycle, we did extensive research into the Leadership Development landscape. We wanted to know what services were out there to understand how we might fit in. The results were a bit overwhelming. There were thousands of services out there!

The experience created a moment of empathy for learning professionals focused on Leadership Development. How could they possibly have time to survey and evaluate the whole field? How could they feel confident they'd found the best fit for their team? How could they be sure they hadn't overlooked something important?

We decided to build ServiceFit to help address that need. The goal was to give learning professionals a comprehensive and unbiased directory of Leadership Development services that would let them search with keywords and also apply useful filters like price category and service delivery format (Self-Directed, Workshops, Coaching, etc.).

We've been working on it for a while now, and today we're happy to announce the launch of ServiceFit: The Free Leadership Development Services Directory. We hope it communicates at least two things: 

1. We understand the needs of learning professionals focused on Leadership Development and we're focused on providing real value to them.
2. We're confident enough in the uniqueness and the quality of our own service that we don't mind helping you find everything else that's out there.
